These terms of use are entered into by and between you and Picreel Pte Ltd ("Picreel," "we," "us," or "our"). The following terms and conditions (collectively, "Terms of Use") govern your access to and use of the Trafflume AI software-as-a-service platform (the "Service") and its associated website, trafflume.com (the "Website").
By registering for, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the Service.
Trafflume AI is a platform designed to help businesses analyze and optimize their digital advertising performance by connecting data from third-party advertising services (e.g., Google Ads) with their internal business data systems (e.g., e-commerce platforms, CRMs). The Service provides data analysis, reporting, and AI-generated recommendations to improve advertising profitability. Any actions or modifications to your connected third-party accounts initiated through the Service require your explicit review and approval.
a) Registration
To use the Service, you must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for keeping this information up-to-date.
b) Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
c) Responsibility for Actions on Connected Accounts
The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts, such as your Google Ads account. You are solely responsible for all activities and changes made to your connected third-party accounts that you approve or initiate through the Service. Picreel Pte Ltd is not liable for any outcomes, financial or otherwise, resulting from actions you authorize. You warrant that you have the necessary authority to grant us access to these accounts.
a) "AS IS" Service
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Picreel Pte Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not guarantee any specific results, increase in profit, or performance improvement from the use of the Service.
b) Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms like Google Ads. We do not control and are not responsible for the operation, availability, or security of these third-party services, nor for any data processing they perform. Your use of any third-party service is subject to its own terms and policies.
c) Maximum Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Picreel Pte Ltd's total liability for all claims related to the Service exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to us during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
